El profesor Miguel Franco nos explicó cuándo iba a ser el cross (el 18 de noviembre) y el plan que teníamos que coger y las diferentes entradas que teníamos que hacer.Nos explicó un nuevo trabajo , en la que tenemos que hacer hasta el 11 de noviembre. El trabajo se va a realizar por parejas o tríos, yo lo voy a hacer con mi compañero David Toledo García , Antonio Ramón Esteban Molino y yo. El trabajo se trata sobre hacer diez ejercicios sobre la condición física, en el que pondremos hacer tipo de ejercicio en clase o en casa, incluiremos fotos y pondremos las precauciones que tenemos que tener. Una vez hecho, hacemos un código QR, en lo podremos ver en la clase y realizar en los días que nos llevemos los móviles.
No me esperaba que sea un trabajo duro y en la que tendremos que poner un código QR. Creo que nos vamos apasar una clase divertida ,que voy a realiza con mis compañeros y después realizar en la clase y poder realizar otras actividades de mis compañeros. Esto lo tenemos que hacer mas frecuentes .
